On February 15, we wiggled our way (not hard for Clemmie, but tough on some of the big rigs) out of Campamento el Pescador and continued south on Rte 200 through the center of Puerto Vallarta. The road went through 2 tunnels before emerging, cobbled, in the beautiful old part of town.

Luxurious condos and mansions are strewn along the gorgeous coastal area made famous by Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton (Night of the Iguanas.)
