Here's our campsite in San Carlos. All mod cons and a great view.
The village (town) of San Carlos is growing by leaps and bounds as more and more gringos from the north come to buy and build their winter homes. This has a substantial adverse impact on the natural environment but seems to be a boon (at least in the short term) to the local economy.
[You'll see more slides of San Carlos later, when we stop there for 2 nights on our way back to the U.S.]
