In December, 2003 we made our way from Tobago to Barbados. We were lucky to find light trade winds and mild seas for this upwind trip. We anchored in Carlisle Bay, the only anchorage on the island where we stayed for about 10 days. Most other boats there had made landfall from Europe. We rented a car for a few days and toured around to see the sights. Here are some of our pictures of this Atlantic island, notably different from the Caribbean islands.
